These terms apply to all purchases made on scandihygge.com from Light My House
Ltd (trading as Scandi Hygge), company number 14948043, VAT number GB472649658,
registered in England and Wales.

By placing an order you accept these terms.

The contract
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products at the prices
listed. We accept your offer when we send the order confirmation email. A
binding contract is formed at that point.

Prices and payment
All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT at the current standard rate where
applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via Shopify Payments. We accept all
major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Delivery
Standard UK delivery is £4.95 (free over £75). Most orders arrive within 2–5
working days. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day
you receive your order to cancel. See our Refund Policy for full details. Our
voluntary 30-day return window is more generous than the statutory minimum.

Product information
We try to describe products as accurately as possible. Natural materials
(stone, ceramic, wood) vary — slight differences in colour, veining or finish
are part of the appeal and are not defects.

Limitation of liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or
any matter which by UK law cannot be excluded. Otherwise, our liability is
limited to the value of the products purchased.

Intellectual property
All website content, product photography, and editorial copy is the property
of Light My House Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce it without
written permission.

Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will
always be available at scandihygge.com/policies/terms-of-service.
