- Contact data: email, phone (if provided), postal address
- Transaction data: payment details, order history (we do not store full card
numbers — these are handled by Shopify Payments / Stripe)

- Marketing data: preferences regarding marketing emails

with us when you place an order, (b) your consent for marketing communications,
(c) our legitimate interest to operate and improve our business.

International transfers
Some of our processors (e.g. Google Analytics) may transfer data outside the UK
and EEA. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK Information
Commissioner's Office to safeguard such transfers.

Data retention
We keep order data for 7 years for HMRC compliance. Marketing data is retained
until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is anonymised after 26 months.

Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request
deletion, restrict processing, object to processing, request data portability,
and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email
