Refund and Returns Policy

This refund policy is provided by Light My House Ltd (trading as Scandi Hygge),
company number 14948043, VAT number GB472649658, registered in England and Wales.

14-day returns
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible
for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same
condition you received it.

Return shipping
You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged
or was sent in error.

Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email info@scandihygge.com
within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or
full refund.

Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you to confirm
receipt. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10
working days.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used candles, opened scented
products, or custom/personalised items.

How to start a return
Email info@scandihygge.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will respond within 1 working day with return instructions.

Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights
Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your 14-day
right to cancel a distance-selling contract.
