About wall decor

Wall decor and wall art for considered homes — framed prints, sculptural wall objects, woven hangings and metal pieces. Scandi and Japandi style throughout.

Beyond framed prints

The Scandi approach to walls is less is more — but the "less" can be more interesting than another framed print. A single cast-metal wall sculpture. A woven wall hanging in oat and cream. A piece of driftwood. A round wall mirror as the central piece. Layering different textures on a wall is more memorable than a gallery wall of identical frames.

How to hang

Centre artwork at 145–155cm above the floor — that's gallery standard and works for most heights. Above furniture, leave 15–25cm of clear wall between the top of the furniture and the bottom of the art. The width of the artwork should be roughly two-thirds of the furniture beneath it.

Mixing media

If you want a wall to feel collected rather than catalogue, mix two or three different formats: a framed photograph, a small textile, a sculptural object. Keep the colour palette tight (three tones max) and let the variation in texture and depth do the work.

Pair with our wall mirrors and sculptures for a complete wall composition.
