Shipping Policy

This shipping policy is provided by Light My House Ltd (trading as
Scandi Hygge), company number 14948043, VAT number GB472649658, registered
in England and Wales.

Where we ship
We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only. We do not ship to the
Channel Islands, Isle of Man, BFPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

Delivery options
- Standard UK delivery: £4.95 (free on orders over £75) — 2–5 working days
- Express UK delivery: £9.95 — 1–2 working days (orders before 12pm)

Dispatch times
Most orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Some larger items shipped
direct from our supplier may take 1–3 working days to dispatch — this will
be noted on the product page if applicable.

Couriers
We use Royal Mail, DPD, Evri and other reputable UK couriers depending on
the size and weight of the order. You will receive tracking information by
email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery delays
While we work hard to deliver on time, occasional delays do happen
(particularly during sale periods or bank holidays). If your order has not
arrived within 7 working days, please email info@scandihygge.com and we
will investigate.

Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, please email
info@scandihygge.com within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or refund.
